Robot Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 Size Limit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The robot must not exceed 20 x 20 cm in width and length.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Control Board<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are <strong>no restrictions<\/strong> on the <strong>model or brand<\/strong> of the control board used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Sensors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are <strong>no restrictions<\/strong> on the <strong>model or brand<\/strong> of sensors used in building the robot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 Line Enhance Category (Junior &amp; Senior)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors may use an <strong>unlimited number of sensors<\/strong> listed in <strong>Section 3.3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional sensors <strong>not related to line detection<\/strong> may also be installed without limitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5 Weight Limit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The robot must <strong>not exceed 3 kg<\/strong> in total weight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.6 Motor Usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are <strong>no restrictions<\/strong> on the <strong>number<\/strong> or <strong>type<\/strong> of motors used for robot movement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.7 Movement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The robot must <strong>move using wheels<\/strong> and follow the <strong>designated track line<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.8 Structural Integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The robot <strong>must not separate or expand<\/strong> during the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.9 Mechanical Components<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are <strong>no restrictions<\/strong> on the <strong>source or number<\/strong> of mechanical parts and additional equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parts may be <strong>custom-made, 3D-printed, or modified from toys<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.10 Fastening and Structural Durability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The referees are <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for any impact caused by the removal of detached parts from the track.<strong>Screws, nuts, and fastening components<\/strong> must be <strong>securely attached<\/strong>.If any part <strong>detaches, breaks, or falls<\/strong> onto the track during the match, referees will <strong>remove it<\/strong>, and the match will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.Prohibited Actions in Robot Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No components or equipment used in the robot&#8217;s construction may cause damage to the competition field under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 First Round Competition Format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.1 Competition Attempts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each team will have <strong>at least 2 attempts<\/strong> in the first round.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Each attempt consists of up to 2 runs<\/strong> (if the first run is incomplete, a second attempt is allowed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>best recorded time<\/strong> from the attempts will be used for ranking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitors can <strong>start their robot at any time<\/strong> within the <strong>designated time window<\/strong>, which will be announced in the competition schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.2 Ranking System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ranking is determined based on the <strong>best recorded time<\/strong> of each team. <strong>5.2.2<\/strong> If two or more teams have the <strong>same best time<\/strong>, a <strong>tie-breaker match<\/strong> will be conducted to determine rankings or qualification for the next round. <strong>5.2.3<\/strong> The <strong>top 8 teams<\/strong> with the best results will advance to the <strong>final round<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Final Round Competition Format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1<\/strong> All competitors must gather in the <strong>designated area<\/strong> specified by the referees and <strong>write a program<\/strong> based on the assigned task within the given time limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2<\/strong> The final round follows the <strong>same competition format<\/strong> as the first round:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each team has <strong>2 attempts<\/strong> to complete the task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each attempt has a <strong>time limit of 3 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3<\/strong> The team with the <strong>best recorded time<\/strong> will be declared the <strong>Champion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.4<\/strong> The team with the <strong>second-best time<\/strong> will receive the <strong>First Runner-up<\/strong> award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.5<\/strong> The team with the <strong>third-best time<\/strong> will receive the <strong>Second Runner-up<\/strong> award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.6<\/strong> The team with the <strong>fourth-best time<\/strong> will receive the <strong>Third Runner-up<\/strong> award (<strong>maximum 1 team<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.7<\/strong> Teams ranking <strong>5th to 8th place<\/strong> (<strong>maximum 4 teams<\/strong>) will receive the <strong>Fourth Runner-up<\/strong> award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.8<\/strong> If multiple teams achieve the <strong>same best time<\/strong>, a <strong>tie-breaker match<\/strong> will be held to determine the rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.9<\/strong> Teams that <strong>fail to complete the assigned task<\/strong> will <strong>not be ranked<\/strong> in the final standings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Match Start Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.1<\/strong> When the referee gives the signal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>bring their robot<\/strong> to the competition area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Failure to submit<\/strong> the robot within the specified time will result in <strong>forfeiture of that round<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.2<\/strong> Before starting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>confirm their presence<\/strong> with the referee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The robot must be placed <strong>behind the starting line<\/strong>, at a <strong>maximum distance of 5 cm<\/strong> from it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The robot <strong>may face any direction<\/strong>, but <strong>no part of it<\/strong> may extend <strong>beyond the starting point<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.3<\/strong> Once the referee signals the start:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>timer starts<\/strong> as soon as <strong>any part of the robot crosses the starting line<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>turn on the robot<\/strong> to begin operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Pausing and Continuing the Match<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.1<\/strong> If the robot <strong>moves off the line<\/strong>, the competitor has two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wait<\/strong> for the robot to return to the line <strong>within the same section<\/strong> (without crossing into another section).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No hands-on assistance<\/strong> is allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>competition timer continues running<\/strong> regardless.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.2<\/strong> If the competitor <strong>touches the robot<\/strong> during the match, that <strong>attempt is immediately considered over<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. End of the Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.1<\/strong> The match ends when the <strong>robot reaches the finish line<\/strong>, and the referee <strong>stops the timer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>latest recorded time<\/strong> will be used as the <strong>official competition time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.2<\/strong> If the robot <strong>fails to move past the starting line<\/strong> within <strong>30 seconds<\/strong> after the referee\u2019s signal, the attempt is considered <strong>unsuccessful<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The referee will record the time as <strong>180 seconds (3 minutes)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.3<\/strong> If the competitor <strong>touches the robot<\/strong> during the match, the attempt immediately <strong>ends<\/strong>, and the referee will <strong>record the time as 3 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.4<\/strong> If the competitor <strong>chooses to forfeit the match<\/strong>, the referee will <strong>record the time as 3 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Rule Violations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A competitor will be considered in <strong>violation of the rules<\/strong> if they <strong>fail to comply<\/strong> with any part of <strong>Sections 3, 4, 10.1, or 10.2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.1 Disrespectful Conduct<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any competitor who <strong>insults, demeans, or disrespects<\/strong> their opponent <strong>through words or actions<\/strong> will be <strong>immediately disqualified<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This includes programming the robot to <strong>produce offensive sounds, display messages, or perform disrespectful gestures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.2 Additional Violations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.2.1<\/strong> <strong>Interfering with an opponent\u2019s robot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>not<\/strong> take any action that disrupts the operation of an opponent&#8217;s robot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This includes <strong>sending infrared signals<\/strong> to interfere with the opponent\u2019s infrared detection module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.2.2<\/strong> <strong>Entering the competition field<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>not enter the field<\/strong> during another team&#8217;s match.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.2.3<\/strong> <strong>Throwing or placing objects into the field<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors must <strong>not throw or place any objects or components<\/strong> into the field while another team is competing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.2.4<\/strong> <strong>Unjustified Match Disruptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any action that <strong>unnecessarily disrupts or halts the competition<\/strong> without a valid reason is considered a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10.2.5<\/strong> <strong>Unsportsmanlike Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any action that is <strong>impolite, unethical, or damages the integrity<\/strong> of the competition is strictly prohibited.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. Penalties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any competitor who violates the rules in <strong>Section 10<\/strong> will receive a <strong>20-second penalty<\/strong>, which will be added to their recorded time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a <strong>team supervisor<\/strong> commits a violation, <strong>all teams under their supervision will be disqualified<\/strong> from the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Damages and Accidents During the Competition<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12.1 Requesting a Match Pause<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A competitor may <strong>request to pause the match<\/strong> if their robot experiences an <strong>accident that prevents it from continuing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this case, the referee will <strong>record the time as 3 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
